I get it home, hook it up to my OBD scan tool, now 5 monitors are not ready! Fuel System, EVAP, O2, EGR, and 1 other one, forgot which one. ![]() He went on to tell me the drive cycle had been completed and I could take it for inspection tomorrow. The manager said everything should be alright once I fill up the tank to between 1/4 and 3/4, but ideally when I go for inspection it should be at around 1/2. SO I went and picked up the car tonight from the dealership. Please advise if we may be of any further assistance. (They actually scanned in a screenshot of the Emission Performance Warranty highlighting that the PCM and cat will be covered for 8 years or 80,000 miles here). In their opinion, this should be covered under Jeep’s ‘Emissions Performance Warranty’ which reads: Your vehicle’s PCM needs to be updated with the calibration version with the id of 680908870AJ.Įach time one of these 2012 Wranglers have failed inspection for the fuel system readiness monitor reporting a not-ready status it has been fixed with this update. ![]() We reached out to the DEP (Department of Environmental Protection) on your behalf, and they advised us of the following.
